Refund Policy

Should you wish to seek a refund, you have the following options:

  1. You will be refunded in full if you cancel your booking at least 72 hours in advance in the event of bad weather (impassable roads), an accident or illness.
  2. You will receive a partial refund if you cancel your booking 24 hours in advance.
  3. No refunds will be made on the date itself or a later date.
